Maps and Directions

Jason and I will be having a small private ceremony in Utah with our families on September 5, 2009, followed by a reception where both family and friends are invited to celebrate with us. The public reception will be held at Magnolia Grove Reception Center in South Jordan, Utah on September 5, 2009 from 8 pm - 10 pm. Please join us if you're able!

Here are directions and a map of South Jordan for those who may not be familiar with the area:

Directions: Traveling on I-15, take exit 294 and turn west (if coming from the south, you'll turn left; if coming from the north, you'll turn right). Continue to follow 10600 South as it becomes 10400 South. Magnolia Grove Reception Center is a large, red brick building located on the south side of the street.




To accommodate more of Jason's family, we will also be having a reception in Missouri after we return from our honeymoon. It will be held on September 19, 2009 at the First Baptist Church of Rogersville from 4 pm - 7 pm. We'd love to have you there!

Directions: Traveling on I-44, take exit 82A and merge onto US-65 South. After approximately 8 miles, take the exit for US-60 East. After approximately another 8 miles, you'll turn left on Center Street. The First Baptist Church of Rogersville is located on the right side of the street. The reception will be held in the multi-purpose building behind the church.

We're Engaged!

Jason and I were enjoying a nice quiet night at my apartment. We had a gentle fire crackling in the fireplace, and the soft sound and luminescent glow of Star Wars: Empire Strikes Back running on the television. Very romantic indeed. :) Then, all of a sudden, Jason pulled the ring from his pocket, slipped it on my finger and asked if I would marry him. A match made in geek heaven.
